"Michelle spent more than five years providing home support for my late mother Phyllis. Despite my mother being a increasingly challenging client, as her dementia progressed, Michelle carried out her job cheerfully and effectively. Beyond this official role Michelle acted as an  advocate and companion for my mother for visits from social services and during the change of her care                 providers. I always felt that Michelle had a level of care for my mother that cannot be described by her official role, her kindness to me as mum's physical and mental capacities steadily declined remains one of the few bright aspects of an otherwise sad few years.
